Civilization cradle theory

this theory proposes a seemingly oposite derection and/or reason that comes from similer base ideas and similer outcome to the 'dark forest' of fermi paradox, that is the reason we cant find eny other civilazation is that they are all hiding from being found by potentioly more advanced civilazations whos discovery/contact is likly to result in the extinsion of atleast one of the sides.

this theory proposes that insted, eny space faring, several planet spanning civilazation that could possble contact or even be detected by our corrent means, would likly have olso came up with the liklyhood that other civilazations may fear contact or being found for the possbility of followd extinsion or otherwise loss of controll and/or potentioal development oppurtunities that could result from such contact, and as a result eny civilazation advanced enough that we might detect it will activly not send us eny obius signals until we simirly spread among the stars and develop, effectivly acknoleging that other, younger and weaker civilazation are more likly to be scared and/or harmd from a reletevly early meeting posing greater detterance to possbly peacefull or atleast non-harmfullexchange betwheen diffrent civilazations.

as a result, eny civilazation signifintly more advanced then us is likly at least capble of understanding and/or knowing our possble fear of such meating, leading to ether our solar system or possble several nearby solar systems being left reletevly untouchd to allow us natural development oppurtunities before possble conact with 'alien' life, as a way to lower the likly dread of being wiped out without having eny means or possblitys to do enyhting about it. no one likes the feeling of being helpless and at the mercy of a unknown influance.

in addition, two more factors add possble reasons to delay such contact -

- a more advanced civilazation will have more to gain from meeting and exchanging information with simerly advanced civilazation as opposd to meeting noticbly inferior counterparts that woudent be able to teach them enything new.

- just like giving a motor driven tank or battleship to a early bronze age proto nation would not only now improve the locals ability to defend themself, it would likly both lead to loss of stability and possbly dependance on the providing visitor for eny following development, effectivly robbing them of the chance to descover such means by themself when they advance and develop to a point they could have made such discovery themself, they might be able to replicate a known feat preservd from when they were less developd and given such 'gifts's, but they would likly not discover meny other, simmingly small discoverys and inventions that would have ether come into being as a result of such progress or possbly discoverd things that would have otherwise been nessesery for such progress. just like how a bronze age proto-nation would have no reason to discover the wheel or tame the horse when they suddenly have tanks and boats, our early space age civilazation if not a late information age nation-cluster speacies from a alien viewpoint would likly not discover meny possbly technolegys if we suddenly come into contact with a faster then light travel capble civilazation, effectivly robbing us from possble improvment.
