Anti-Hu או HuAb הוא נוגדן במערכת החיסון אשר מתעורר כתוצאה מחשד להופעת סרטן ריאות אלים במיוחד (SCLC), במטרה להיאבק בסרטן.
באחוז מסוים של החולים אין הופעת סרטן והנוגדן פוגע במוח הקטן, אשר אחראי על הפעילות המוטורית, וגורם לליקויים בתפקוד הגפיים. תופעה זו נדירה ביותר ומשערים שהיא על רקע גנטי.
