Animix
Animix is the largest annual festival celebrating Animation, Comics, and Caricature, held every August in Tel Aviv Cinematheque.

The event takes place over five days and includes dozens of events including animation screenings, comic and animation workshops, artists' meetups, the largest Israeli comic market, and more.
The festival hosts around 15,000 - 20,000 visitors every year from various age groups. It also hosts international guests from the fields of animation, comics, and caricature.

The festival is being held in Tel Aviv since 2000.
Since 2011, the festival has also held special editions outside of Tel Aviv. The branch of the festival in the north of Israel - Animix Migdal Ha'Emek.
In 2020, the festival took place in a digital/analog format and offered twenty online programs with a special emphasis on contemporary Israeli animation and leading artist meetings in the field of comics, cartoons and animation in Israel.
In 2022, the animator Ben Molina was appointed to the position of Head of Animation of the festival, thus replacing Dudu Shalita who held the position from the beginning of the festival.
In 2023, Asif, the Israeli animation competition turned international and started accepeting submissions from all around the world.
